CROSSFIT

At CrossFit, you are basically to perform
a series of workouts with time constraint and
minimal rest in between. There are many
ways to tailor CrossFit program to achieve
your desired goals. Expect the combination
of workouts to vary from day-to-day, from
variation to level of intensity. Talk to us about
it and we’ll know what to do.

MUAY THAI

Each session lasts for one to three hours.
It starts off with stretching and warm-up
exercises. Challenge your body with 6 rounds
of Muay Thai composed of a combination of
punches, dodges and kicks. Heavy bag training
goes in between rounds. Some fat burning ab
workout and a good stretch finish your
session

BOXING

Each session lasts for one to three hours.
It starts off with stretching and warm-up
exercises. Challenge your body with 6 rounds
of boxing composed of a combination of
throws and dodges, and speed bag and heavy
bag training. Core strengthening workouts
come right after. Finish your session with a
good stretch.
